This was my reply:

Thanks for the comments, everyone. I think this is an important ruling on the eve of the General Election, and will hopefully give pause to whoever comes into power, as I'm in agreement with Willy.
Miliband has proved himself unfit for office, but the Tories may be no less bleak, even though the occasional MP -- Andrew Tyrie, David Davis, for example -- have been robust in their opposition to the crimes committed in the "War on Terror."

Over on Facebook, Willy Bach wrote:

Andy, as I read these accounts I have to ask myself what kind of people are these who are governing Britain? Clearly, the rule of law means nothing to them. They prefer the legal fiction (and science fiction) of the discredited war on terror.

I think there needs to be a concerted effort to get David Milliband out of public life. He is an unfit person to be elected.

This government has set some dangerous precedents in interfering in the BBC and with the judiciary. If the Conservatives (who are honest enough to spell their name like this) win the election, they will use these precedents to push further into the dark realm of the securitised state.

Good job we have these current rulings to keep them in check for the time being. “Whoever governs us from Friday would be wise to bear this in mind.” (LIKE)
