		<description>Did anyone ever challenge the decision of the home office to revoke Ahmed&#039;s leave to remain in the UK indefinitely? Could such an act be seen as breaching our obligations under Article 3 of the ECHR? ie, that the UK&#039;s decision to revoke his leave to remain in the UK is tantamount to expelling him to a country where he will face torture/inhumane/degrading treatment? I did write to Reprieve but am yet to receive a reply...</description>
