		<description>This story is extraordinary. Surely if the foreign secretary was arguing that the non disclosure of intelligence information was a fundemental principle of its disclosure this arguement should have been made last August when the law lords originally ruled against the government.

It all seems a bit too conveninet especially considering no fundamental principles were violated with the 45 minute dossier.
