One can only hope more personnel in the IRR take Brandon&#039;s stand.  The IRR is supposed to be for a national emergency (like the US getting invaded).  It&#039;s not for occupation duty.  Congress lacks the balls to set up a legal draft needed to staff it&#039;s wars.</description>
