Hello Andy, is the second time I have the opportunity to comment on your article about American justice.
My Grandmother used to say that the law books are full of laws in your favor, but the problem is to find a Judge or an attorney willing to apply it in you favor, but my grandpa used to reply that justice comes from the size of the barrel of your gun or from what you had in your hip pocket.
The Guantanamo prisoners have no pockets nor guns.
